摘  要:面部软组织美学问题长久以来为口腔正畸、正颌、修复等多学科医生所重视。随着我国人民生活水平的飞速提升,患者群体在接受相关医疗服务时对各专业学科医生也提出了更高的美学要求。传统的美学诊断方法存在诸多局限性,三维数字化技术的发展使得医生能够更便捷地在三维层面对患者面部软组织做出更全面和准确的美学评价和诊断。相比传统方法,应用三维数字化技术在精确性等方面有显著优势,但同时也存在着进一步发展和改善的空间。文章系统回顾三维数字化技术的进展及其在当前面部软组织美学诊断中的应用现状,并为未来的研究与临床实践提供思路。The aesthetic problems of facial soft tissue have long been paid attention to by orthodontists,orthognathic surgeons,prosthetics and other physicians.With the rapid development of living standards in China,patients also put forward higher aesthetic requirements for doctors in various departments when receiving medical services.There are many limitations in traditional aesthetic diagnosis methods.The development of three-dimensional(3D)digital technology enables doctors to make a more comprehensive and accurate aesthetic evaluation and diagnosis of patients'maxillofacial soft tissues in 3D more conveniently.Compared with traditional methods,3D digital technology shows significant advantages in accuracy.At the same time,there is room for further development and improvement.This paper reviews the progress of 3D digital technology and its application in current aesthetic diagnosis of the facial soft tissue and provides ideas for future research and clinical practice.
