摘 要:生物膜广泛存在于自然界中,与许多慢性感染性疾病相关。口腔细菌生物膜是由需氧和厌氧微生物组成的复杂多物种结构,是引起龋病、顽固性慢性根尖周炎、牙周病和种植体周炎的始动因子。生物膜中的细菌具有独特的基因表达和代谢活性,使抗生素难以发挥抗菌作用,同时可逃避宿主免疫系统。近年来,D-氨基酸对生物膜形成的抑制作用和对成熟生物膜的分散作用被广泛研究。文章就D-氨基酸在口腔细菌生物膜中作用研究进展做一综述,以期为开发口腔细菌生物膜治疗药物提供新思路。Biofilms are ubiquitous in nature and are related to many chronic infectious diseases.Dental plaque biofilm is a complex multi-species structure composed of aerobic and anaerobic micro-organisms,and is the initiator of dental caries,refractory chronic periapical periodontitis,periodontal disease and peri-implantitis.Bacteria in biofilms have unique gene expression and metabolic activities,which make it difficult for antibiotics to exert their antibacterial effects and make it possible to evade the host immune system.In recent years,the inhibitory effect of D-amino acids on biofilm formation and the dispersion effect on mature biofilms have been widely studied.The article reviews the research progress in the role of D-amino acids in oral bacterial biofilms,in order to provide new ideas for the development of new therapeutic drugs for dental plaque biofilms.
