摘  要:钢衬钢筋混凝土稳压塔的钢衬与钢筋混凝土联合受力,二者协同受力分析复杂,钢筋混凝土稳压塔增加钢衬后可以显著减小其壁厚。根据弹性力学中厚壁圆筒受均布内压作用的极坐标解答推导出钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道的解析解,将解析解与三峡电站大比尺钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道试验结果进行对比,证明解析解的分析结果满足工程设计的精度要求。采用推导出的解析解分析钢衬钢筋混凝土稳压塔的内力,给出了钢衬和钢筋混凝土井壁厚度的取值原则。利用推导的解析解可以准确地分析选定钢衬和钢筋混凝土井壁厚度,同时也可以与有限元、静力计算手册等手段结合完成钢衬钢筋混凝土稳压塔设计。Steel-lined reinforced concrete surge towers utilize the combined load-bearing capacities of steel lining and reinforced concrete,making the analysis of their cooperative force mechanisms highly complex.Adding a steel lining significantly reduces the required wall thickness of the surge tower.Based on the polar coordinate solutions of the plane stress problem in elasticity theory,this study derives an analytical solution for steel-lined reinforced concrete pressure pipelines.The solution is validated through comparison with experimental data from large-scale steel-lined reinforced concrete pipelines at the Three Gorges Hydropower Station,demonstrating that the approach meets engineering precision requirements.The derived solution is further employed to analyze the internal forces if steel-lined reinforced concrete surge towers,providing principles for determining the thicknesses of the steel lining and concrete wall.This analytical approach offers a dimple yet effective method for determining wall thicknesses and can be combined with finite element analysis,static calculation manuals,and other tools to support the design of steel-lined reinforced concrete surge towers.
