不同类型甜菜碱对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究甜菜碱对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化功能的影响。试验将504只48周龄同一批次的健康海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复21只蛋鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加500 mg/kg无水甜菜碱和甜菜碱盐酸盐的基础日粮,预试期1周,试验期为5周。结果显示:与对照组相比,添加500 mg/kg无水甜菜碱和甜菜碱盐酸盐均可显著提高海兰褐蛋鸡鸡蛋蛋白高度和哈氏单位以及蛋鸡血清过氧化氢酶的活性(P<0.05),并显著降低海兰褐蛋鸡料蛋比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加500 mg/kg甜菜碱盐酸盐显著提高海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋率并显著降低海兰褐蛋鸡肝脏丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加500 mg/kg无水甜菜碱和甜菜碱盐酸盐可提高蛋鸡产蛋率和饲料转化率、鸡蛋哈氏单位和血清过氧化氢酶活性,且甜菜碱盐酸盐还可降低肝脏丙二醛含量。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of betaine on production performance,egg quality and antioxidant function of laying hens.A total of 50448-week-age healthy Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 21 laying hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg anhydrous betaine and betaine hydrochloride,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 1 week and the experiment lasted for 5 weeks.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg anhydrous betaine and betaine hydrochloride could significantly increase the protein height,Haugh unit and catalase activity in serum of Hy-Line Brown laying hens(P<0.05),and significantly decrease the feed to egg ratio of Hy-Line Brown laying hens(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg betaine hydrochloride significantly increased the laying rate and significantly decreased the liver malondialdehyde content of Hy-Line Brown laying hens(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 500 mg/kg anhydrous betaine and betaine hydrochloride could improve laying rate,feed conversion rate,egg Hauge unit and serum catalase activity of laying hens,and betaine hydrochloride could also reduce liver malondialdehyde content.
