摘 要:校外导师制度被认为是培养专业硕士实践能力的重要抓手,但目前校外导师作用的发挥还不够理想,原因即在于校外导师选任中的逻辑悖论以及其作为“经济人”的理性考量。结合委托代理理论和社会角色理论的进一步分析发现,校外导师制度的内在缺陷也会影响职能发挥,因此有必要对其职能进行调整。首先,加强实践基地建设,将指导实习的职能转交给实践基地选任的实践导师;其次,鼓励校外导师辅助科研活动,提升专业硕士科研创新能力;再次,发挥校外导师思政教育的作用,在实践中培养专业硕士的职业伦理。The external supervisor system is regarded as a crucial mechanism for cultivating the practical competencies of professional master's students.However,the current effectiveness of external supervisors remains sub-optimal,potentially due to logical paradoxes in their selection process and their rational considerations as “economic men.”Further analysis integrating principal-agent theory and social role theory reveals that inherent flaws in the external supervisor system also hinder its functional performance,necessitating adjustments to its responsibilities.First,we should strengthen the development of practical training bases by transferring internship supervision duties to practice mentors appointed by these bases.Second,we should encourage external supervisors to support research activities,thereby enhancing professional master students'research and innovation capabilities.Third,we should leverage external supervisors'role in ideological and political education to cultivate professional ethics among students through practical experiences.
