摘 要:当前高职学生规模日渐扩大,高职教育前景和发展空间日益引发关注,但实践中对高职学生如何进行教育机会选择的决策机制尚不明晰。从计划行为理论视角探讨高职学生学历提升行为选择的影响因素及其形成机制,发现高职学生专升本意愿受到增加竞争砝码的工具性态度和补偿既往缺憾的情感性态度双重驱动,其所感知到的家庭推力与就业压力共同作用于专升本行为决策,学业获得能力和经济支付能力的高低则对其专升本行为决策发挥促进或阻碍作用。后续有关政策调整应通过进一步扩大教育机会、打造多元进路、提升学业成就、缓解经济压力等方式,构建专升本的灵活进入机制、普职融通机制、质量保障机制和有序流动机制,为高职学生追求美好未来提供助力。The current expansion of vocational college student enrollment has drawn increasing attention to their educational prospects and developmental opportunities.However,research on the decision-making mechanisms regarding educational pathway choices for these students remains insufficient.From the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior,this study investigates the influencing factors and formation mechanisms of vocational students'decisions to pursue bachelor's degrees.Findings reveal that their intention to upgrade academic qualifications is dually driven by instrumental attitudes aimed at enhancing competitive advantages and emotional attitudes seeking to compensate for past regrets.The perceived family support and employment pressure jointly influence their decision-making process,while academic capability and financial capacity respectively facilitate or hinder such educational advancement.Subsequent policy adjustments should establish flexible admission mechanisms,integrated vocational-general education systems,quality assurance frameworks,and structured mobility pathways through expanding educational opportunities,diversifying advancement channels,improving academic achievements,and alleviating financial burdens.These measures aim to empower vocational students in pursuing better career prospects.
