顶空-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中7种挥发性有机物

摘　　要：建立顶空-气相色谱质谱法同时测定地表水1,3-丁二烯、丙烯腈、氯丁二烯、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、枯烯和六氯丁二烯残留的分析方法。7种挥发性有机物在2.00~200μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内与色谱峰响应值呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在0.16~0.30μg·L^(-1)之间,3个浓度水平的加标回收率为91.4%~105.0%,相对标准偏差均不大于5%。本方法操作简单,无需使用有机试剂,对环境友好,灵敏度高,测试结果准确度和重现性好,适合地表水中挥发性有机物的痕量分析。A headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of residues of 1,3-butadiene,acrylonitrile,chloroprene,trichloroethylene,tetrachloroethylene,cumene and hexachlorobutadiene in surface water.The seven volatile organic compounds showed a good linear relationship with the color peak response values in the concentration range of 2.00~200μg·L^(-1),and the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits were 0.16~0.30μg·L^(-1).The recoveries of the three concentrations were 91.4%~105.0%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.This method is easy to operate,does not need to use organic reagents,is environmentally friendly,has high sensitivity,good accuracy and reproducibility of test results,and is suitable for trace analysis of volatile organic compounds in surface water.
