摘　　要：辅导员的职业状态直接关系高职院校思想政治工作质效。在研究分析高职院校辅导员职业倦怠生长表征基础上,梳理总结其具体成因,聚焦组织赋能视角给出系统化纾解之策,有助于以调适辅导员职业倦怠的“小切口”撬动思想政治教育高质量推进的“大目标”。The professional status of counselors is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.Based on the research and analysis of the growth characteristics of counselors' job burnout in higher vocational colleges,this paper sorted out and summarized the specific causes,and provided systematic solutions from the perspective of organizational empowerment.This is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education by adjusting the Small Perspective of counselors' job burnout.
