摘  要:数智时代背景下,传统的教育模式已经无法适应人才培养的需求。在对桥梁施工课程教学现状分析基础上,提出了以学生为中心的“四链融合”学习生态系统。通过混合微学习模式、学习交流社区、纳米证书和创意创新实验台等改革实践,适应数智时代桥梁施工工作岗位职业技能需求,从学习能力、职业技能、创新意识和成长发展等方面提升学生综合素养,为桥梁施工课程教学改革提供了一条可行的路径。In the context of the digital intelligence era,traditional education models are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of talent cultivation.Based on an analysis of the current state of teaching in bridge construction courses,this paper proposes a Four-Chain Integration learning ecosystem centered on students.Through reform practices such as a blended micro-learning model,learning exchange communities,nano-certifications,and a creative innovation lab,this approach aims to meet the skill requirements of bridge construction positions in the digital intelligence era.It enhances students' comprehensive competencies in areas such as learning ability,professional skills,innovation awareness,and personal development,providing a viable pathway for curriculum reform in bridge construction education.
