摘 要:城市轨道车辆应用技术专业人才培养与企业岗位需求存在结构性脱节,主因是专业课程内容更新滞后、课程体系缺乏动态调整机制以及对学生个性化学习需求响应不足。通过调研分析,解构该专业岗位典型工作任务,构建“岗课赛证”四位一体、“基础能力、专项能力、拓展能力”三层递进的模块化课程体系,能有效提升人才培养与行业发展、岗位需求适配度,为城市轨道交通类专业模块化课程体系构建提供参考。There exists a structural disconnect between talent cultivation in the Urban Rail Vehicle Application Technology major and the demands of corporate positions,rooted in outdated professional course content,the absence of dynamic adjustment mechanisms in the curriculum system,and insufficient responsiveness to students' personalized learning needs.By establishing a modular curriculum system,institutions can flexibly reorganize course modules and adjust content to achieve precise alignment between talent development objectives and enterprise job requirements.Grounded in vocational skill standards and supported by empirical analysis,this approach systematically deconstructs typical job tasks in urban rail vehicle application technology roles,extracts the corresponding knowledge systems,skill requirements,and professional attributes for core competencies,and constructs a modular curriculum system featuring a four-in-one integration of Posts,Courses,Competitions,and Certificates and a three-tier progressive structure of Basic,Specialized,and Extended Competencies.Empirical evidence demonstrates that the modular curriculum system significantly enhances the alignment of talent cultivation with industry development and job demands.This study establishes a reference framework for constructing modular curriculum systems in urban rail transit-related disciplines,offering both theoretical and practical implications for aligning vocational education with evolving industry standards.
