摘　　要：BIM技术在建筑全生命周期中的应用为建筑业提供了一个革命性的平台,目前已成为土建类专业人才必备的专业知识。基于OBE教育理念,探究土建类专业BIM教学方式和教学效果提升途径。试图通过设置多样化课程类型、制定课程教学改革深化行动方案、构建教学平台、提升教师能力和水平以及加快规划教材建设的途径,来提升土建类专业BIM技术人才培养的质量。BIM technology provides a revolutionary platform for the construction industry through its application throughout the entire lifecycle of construction,and has become an essential knowledge and ability for civil engineering professionals.The paper explores BIM teaching methods and ways to improve teaching effectiveness in civil engineering specialty based on OBE education concept.The quality of BIM technology talent cultivation in civil engineering specialty is improved by setting up diversified course types,developing action plans for deepening curriculum and teaching reform,building teaching platforms,enhancing teacher capabilities,and accelerating the textbook development.
