摘  要:我国经济进入高质量发展新阶段,对高校人才培养质量提出了更高要求。当前应用型本科高校人才培养存在学校定位与支撑体系错位、运行机制和目标实现不匹配等问题。引入卓越绩效管理模式是一项推动人才培养机制改革、实现质量革命的制度创新。卓越绩效管理模式紧密结合社会发展形势对应用型高层次人才的需求,从领导、战略、顾客与市场、资源、过程管理、测量/分析与改进、结果七个方面,明确应用型本科高校人才培养的目标定位,完善发展定位与支撑体系的逻辑架构、优化资源配置、重视过程治理、坚持结果导向,提高人才培养质量,为新时代社会经济发展提供智力支撑。Our country’s economy has entered a new stage of high-quality development,which has put forward higher requirements for the quality of talent cultivation in universities.There are problems with the current application-oriented undergraduate talent cultivation,such as the mismatch between the school’s positioning and support system,and between the operating mechanism and the achievement of goals.Introducing the Performance Excellence Management Model is an important measure to promote the reform of talent cultivation mechanism and achieve quality revolution.The Performance Excellence Management Model is closely integrated with the demand for applied high-level talents in the social development situation.From seven aspects of leadership,market,resources,process management,measurement/analysis and improvement,and results,it clarifies the target positioning of applied undergraduate talent cultivation,improves the logical structure of development positioning and support system,optimizes resource allocation,attaches importance to process governance,adheres to result orientation,and improves the quality of talent cultivation to provide intellectual support for economic development.
