PDCA循环管理视角下高校基层党组织学生党员培育机制研究——以广东技术师范大学为例

摘　　要：采用质量管理的PDCA循环体系,不仅能确保高校学生党员培育工作按照预设目标顺利进行,而且能使这项复杂的工程系统化、条理化,进而构建出一套清晰的流程模型。同时,利用PDCA循环中大环套小环、逐步提升的工作方式开展高校学生党员的培养管理工作,是健全组织发展机制,创新思政育人机制,完善党支部标准化建设的有力抓手,有助于提升学生党员队伍整体素质,推动基层党组织党建高质量发展。Adopting the PDCA cycle system of quality management not only ensures that the cultivation of student Party members in colleges and universities is carried out smoothly according to the preset goals,but also systematizes and rationalizes this complex project,and then builds a set of clear process models.At the same time,the use of PDCA cycle of big ring set small ring,gradual improvement of the way of work to carry out the cultivation and management of student Party members in colleges and universities,is a sound mechanism for the development of the organization,innovation of the mechanism of ideological and political cultivation of human beings,and the improvement of the standardization of the Party branch,which can help to improve the overall quality of student Party members,and to promote the high-quality development of basic level Party organizations.
