摘  要:母乳中的营养和功能性组分对婴幼儿健康成长有重要影响。随着对母乳研究的不断深入,越来越多的功能性组分被提取制备并作为核心配料添加至婴幼儿配方乳粉中。作者综述了母乳中功能性蛋白质、功能性脂质、母乳低聚糖(human milk oligosaccharides,HMOs)、益生菌的种类和含量对婴幼儿的健康功效,总结了婴幼儿配方乳粉核心配料的制备与应用现状。为解决婴幼儿配方乳粉核心配料生产中的“卡脖子”难题及实现我国婴幼儿配方乳粉产业健康发展具有指导意义。The nutritional and functional components in human breast milk play a crucial role in the healthy growth and development of infants.As the research on human breast milk deepens,more and more functional components are extracted and added into infant formula.The author reviewed the functional proteins,functional lipids,oligosaccharides,and probiotics of human breast milk in terms of their types,content,and effects on infant health.Furthermore,the preparation and application of core ingredients of infant formula were summarized.This review has guiding significance for solving the bottleneck problems in the production of core ingredients for infant formula and achieving the healthy development of China's infant formula industry.
