摘 要:为提高红花总黄酮的提取率,在料液比、超声功率、低共熔溶剂含水率和摩尔比等单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法优化超声提取工艺,采用体外试验分析红花总黄酮的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)抑制活性。结果表明,红花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶25(g/mL)、超声时间30 min、超声温度60℃、超声功率300 W、低共熔溶剂含水率37%、摩尔比1∶2,红花总黄酮的提取效率达5.07%,其AchE抑制率为65.52%。研究为红花总黄酮的开发利用提供技术支持。To enhance the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from safflower,this study optimized an ultrasound-assisted extraction process using response surface methodology based on single-factor tests investigating solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power,water content in natural deep eutectic solvent(NADES),and molar ratio.The acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibitory activity of the extracted flavonoids was further assessed through in vitro assays.Results demonstrated that the optimal conditions included a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g/mL),ultrasonic duration of 30 min,temperature of 60℃,power of 300 W,NADES water content of 37%,and molar ratio of 1∶2.Under these parameters,the total flavonoid extraction efficiency reached 5.07%,with an AChE inhibition rate of 65.52%.This work provides technical insights for advancing safflower flavonoid utilization in functional applications.
