摘  要:克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)是一种慢性炎症性肠病,特征是胃肠道透壁炎症,导致腹痛、腹泻和体质量减轻等症状。自噬在维持宿主对病原体的防御机制以及防止过度炎症反应之间发挥着至关重要的作用,自噬相关基因16L1(Autophagy-related gene 16-like 1,ATG16L1)是自噬过程中发挥重要功能的关键组成部分,大量证据显示ATG16L1及其基因变异与CD易感性及临床表现密切相关,本文就ATG16L1在CD中的作用机制作一综述。Crohn’s disease(CD)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease characterized by inflammation of the permeable walls of the gastrointestinal tract,leading to symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,and weight loss.Autophagy plays a crucial role in maintaining host defense mechanisms against pathogens and preventing excessive inflammatory responses.Autophagy-related gene 16-like 1(ATG16L1)is a key component that plays an important function in the autophagy process,and a large body of evidence shows that ATG16L1and its genetic variants are associated with CD.A large amount of evidence shows that ATG16L1and its gene variants are closely related to CD susceptibility and clinical manifestations,and this article provides a review of the mechanism of ATG16L1’s role in CD.
