摘  要:抑郁症在全球范围内严重威胁着人类的身心健康,其发生发展与体内脂质和氨基酸等代谢异常有密切联系。犬尿氨酸及其下游代谢物如犬尿酸、3-羟基犬尿氨酸和犬尿喹啉酸等已证明影响抑郁症的发病过程,表明犬尿氨酸及其代谢物具有作为抑郁症诊断生物标志物的潜力。本文对抑郁症与犬尿氨酸及其代谢物之间的联系进行综述,可能为抑郁症的诊断与治疗提供新思路。Depression is a serious threat to human physical and mental health worldwide,and its development is closely linked to abnormalities in the metabolism of lipids and amino acids in the body.Kynurenine and its downstream metabolites such as kynurenine,3-hydroxykynurenine and kynurenine quinolinic acid have been shown to influence the pathogenesis of depression,suggesting that kynurenine and its metabolites have the potential to be used as biomarkers for the diagnosis of depression.This article provides a review of the association between depression and kynurenine and its metabolites,which may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
