摘　　要：目的探讨一种骨架连冠义齿结构用于后牙多个缺失种植治疗的临床效果。方法选择2023年7月至2024年7月60例于抚州市东乡区人民医院接受治疗的单侧后牙缺失三颗患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各30例,实验组采用骨架连冠义齿结构修复方式修复缺失牙,对照组选用传统单冠修复方式修复缺失牙。比较两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、患者满意度及治疗舒适度。结果实验组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率分别为100.00%、6.67%,与对照组的96.67%、13.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组种植体满意度得分为(89.74±4.63)分较对照组的(80.92±5.01)分高,舒适度VAS评分为(5.18±1.23)分较对照组的(7.25±1.46)分低(P<0.05)。结论骨架连冠义齿结构修复方式用于单侧后牙缺失三颗患者治疗安全可靠,可提高患者种植体满意度及治疗舒适度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of a skeleton continuous crown denture structure for the treatment of multiple missing posterior tooth implants.Methods Sixty patients with unilateral posterior tooth loss who received treatment at Dongxiang District People's Hospital in Fuzhou from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group used skeleton continuous crown denture structure restoration to repair the missing teeth,while the control group used traditional single crown restoration to repair the missing teeth.The treatment efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,patient satisfaction,and treatment comfort were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were 100.00%and 6.67%,respectively,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05)compared with the control group's 96.67%and 13.33%.The satisfaction score of the experimental group with implants(89.74±4.63)was higher than(80.92±5.01)of the control group,and the comfort VAS score(5.18±1.23)was lower than(7.25±1.46)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The skeletal continuous crown denture structure restoration method is safe and reliable for the treatment of patients with three unilateral posterior tooth loss,and can improve patient satisfaction with implants and treatment comfort.
