摘 要:长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料是在日常生活中被广泛应用的高分子材料。传统螺杆机械设备制备长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料的加工过程能耗高、效率低,不利于资源节约。随着复合材料工业发展的重大转变,绿色制造成为复合材料加工技术发展的新方向,以制造业立市的佛山,紧跟制造业发展新趋势尤为重要。通过分析传统加工工艺的利弊,优化长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料制备技术,推广新型加工工艺的应用,推动复合材料绿色制备新技术在佛山的发展并展望未来的发展趋势。Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials are widely used polymer materials in daily life.The processing of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials using traditional screw mechanical equipment has high energy consumption and low efficiency,which is not conducive to resource conservation.With the significant transformation of the composite material industry,green manufacturing has become a new direction for the development of composite material processing technology.Foshan,which is based on manufacturing industry,keeps up with the new trend of manufacturing development.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional processing techniques,optimizing the preparation technology of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials,promoting the application of new processing techniques,promoting the development of green preparation technology for composite materials in Foshan,and looking forward to its future development trends.
