摘 要:在我国,公办职业本科高校和民办职业本科高校是举办职业本科教育的重要力量。因为后者的质量和声誉相对逊色于前者,所以,民办职业本科高校的存在价值受到质疑。事实上,大力发展民办职业本科高校对于建设教育强国、促进共同富裕和办好人民满意的教育具有重大且深远的意义。目前,民办职业本科高校深陷分类虚置和资源分配不均的政策性困境、竞争不公和教育异化的制度性困境以及身份污名化和属性受贬损的文化性困境。推动民办职业本科高校发展要采取有效行动:一是完善分类管理和公共服务政策,二是健全竞争规则和评价制度,三是优化教育发展的生态环境。In China,both public and private vocational undergraduate colleges are important forces in providing vocational undergraduate education.Due to the latte’s quality and reputation being relatively inferior to the former’s,the existence value of private vocational undergraduate colleges has been widely questioned.In fact,vigorously developing private vocational undergraduate colleges holds significant and far-reaching implications for building an educational powerhouse,promoting common prosperity,and providing education that meets public expectations.Currently,these colleges face three intertwined dilemmas:policy-related predicaments such as ambiguous institutional classification and uneven resource allocation;institutional challenges including unfair competition and educational alienation;and cultural stigmatization through devaluation of their attributes.To address these issues,the following actions are imperative.First,improve the classification management and public service policies.Second,enhance the competition rules and evaluation system.Third,optimize the ecological environment for educational development.
