摘 要:职业敏捷性是职业教育现场工程师的核心特质,包括技术适应性、敏捷学习、职业导航三方面内容。培养职业敏捷性特质有助于促进现场工程师的本质表达、全面发展和培养质量提升。在实践中,可通过开展技术变革教育、运用数字技术教学和厚植技术变革文化培养技术适应性;通过促进职业身份建构,开展敏捷课程改革以及提升导师教学胜任力培养敏捷学习;通过强化应变的积极态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制培养职业导航。Career agility is the core trait in the training of field engineers in vocational education,which includes three aspects:technological adaptability,agile learning,and career navigation.Cultivating career agility traits helps to promote essential expression,comprehensive development,and improvement of training quality for field engineers.In practice,technological adaptability can be cultivated by technological change education,the application of digital technology in teaching,and the fostering of a culture of technological change.Agile learning can be cultivated by promoting the construction of professional identity,carrying out agile curriculum reform,and improving the teaching competency of instructors.Career navigation can be cultivated by strengthening positive attitudes towards change,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control.
