摘　　要：情感劳动是人的情感对象化活动,是人的情感需要满足的根本方式,生产力的发展、科学技术的进步推动情感劳动的实现。当今时代,大数据、互联网、人工智能等技术相互融合而形成的数字智能技术体系引领新一轮科技革命,为情感劳动的全面实现创造了前所未有的基础和条件,有助于推动情感劳动主体大众化,使情感劳动的内容无限丰富,并对情感劳动异化现象进行消解,使情感劳动成为新的经济生长点。在数字智能技术体系支持下,尽管人工智能构建的“人工情感”不是人的情感对象化活动,但是“服务型”人工智能拓展了人的情感需要满足范围,“内容生成型”人工智能可以高效快捷地为人类的情感劳动提供无限丰富的资料、条件或工具,极大地提高人类情感劳动效率和产品质量,从而使人的情感需要满足更丰富、更自由。Emotional labor is the objectification of human emotions and afundamental way to meet emotional needs.The development of productive forcesand the advancement of science and technology have propelled the realization ofemotional labor.In today's era,the integration of big data,the internet,artificialintelligence,and other technologies has formed a digital intelligence technologysystem that leads a new round of technological revolution,creating unprecedentedfoundations and conditions for the comprehensive realization of emotional labor.These foundations and conditions help to promote the popularization of emotionallabor subjects,enrich the content of emotional labor infinitely,and dissolve thephenomenon of alienation in emotional labor,making it a new growth point for theeconomy.Supported by the digital intelligence technology system,although the“artificial emotions” constructed by artificial intelligence are not the objectificationof human emotions,“service-oriented” artificial intelligence expands the range ofhuman emotional needs,and “ content generation ” artificial intelligence canefficiently and quickly provide an infinite array of materials,conditions,or tools forhuman emotional labor,greatly enhancing the efficiency and quality of humanemotional labor,thus allowing for a richer and freer satisfaction of human emotionalneeds.
