摘  要:采用大田试验研究γ-聚谷氨酸与氮肥配施对芝麻农艺性状、产量、品质及氮肥利用率的影响。结果表明,γ-聚谷氨酸与氮肥配施,能增加芝麻株高和果轴长、降低蒴部位、减少黄稍尖,芝麻千粒重提高7.5%~17.2%,产量增加17.5%~35.7%;氮肥对芝麻含油量、蛋白质、芝麻素和芝麻林素等品质指标影响效果优于γ-聚谷氨酸,施氮120和96 kg/hm^(2)对芝麻品质影响不显著;氮肥贡献率、氮肥农学利用率随着施氮量的增加而增加,氮肥利用率和偏生产力随着施氮量的增加而降低,增施γ-聚谷氨酸能提高氮肥利用率;施用γ-聚谷氨酸能显著提高土壤碱解氮、速效钾含量。综合考虑,芝麻氮肥用量和γ-聚谷氨酸的增效作用,以施氮量96 kg/hm^(2)+γ-聚谷氨酸4500 g/hm^(2)效果最佳,应在芝麻生产中应用。The field experiment was conducted to study the effects ofγ-polyglutamic acid and nitrogen(N)on the agronomic traits,yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)of sesame.The results showed that the combination ofγ-polyglutamic acid and different N rates increased the plant height and fruit axis length of sesame,reduced the sputum position and the yellow tips,and increased by 7.5%-17.2%and 17.5%-35.7%for the 1000-grain weight and the yield of sesame respectively;the sesame quality(such as oil content,protein,sesamin and sesamolin)at the N application were better compared toγ-polyglutamic acid application.There was no significant difference in sesame quality between the application of 120 and 96 kg/hm^(2).Increased N application rate increased the N fertilizer contribution rate and N agronomic utilization rate,but decreased the NUE and partial productivity.The NUE,soil available N and available K content were increased under the application ofγ-polyglutamic acid.Considering the synergistic effect of arsenic nitrogen fertilizer andγ-polyglutamic acid,the effect of the 96 kg/hm^(2)combined withγ-polyglutamic acid 4.5 kg/hm^(2)application was better,can be applied in sesame production.
