摘　　要：结核性脊柱炎及布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎作为全球发病率及致死率都较高的疾病,二者早期诊断及鉴别诊断一直是人们所研究的方向,同时,因二者影像学表现的相似性,导致其也成为影像工作者所需攻克的难点。伴随着影像学日新月异的发展,不断有学者在此方面进行探索,本文旨在讨论结核性脊柱炎及布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎的影像学表现及相关发展。Tuberculosis spondylitis and Brucella spondylitis as a global disease with high incidence and mortality rate,early diagnosis and differential diagnosis have been the direction of the research,at the same time,because of the similar imaging manifestations,this has been the image of our workers need to overcome the difficulties.With the rapid development of imaging,some scholars are constantly exploring this aspect.This paper aims to discuss the imaging manifestations and related developments of tuberculosis spondylitis and Brucella spondylitis.
