摘 要:目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、肿瘤抑制基因(P53)在子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中的表达及与病理特征的关系。方法回顾性收集我院2022年1月-2024年6月收治的50例EC患者癌组织标本(设为EC组)、癌旁组织标本(设为对照组);以免疫组化法检测组织中ER、PR、P53表达,统计并对比两组ER、PR、P53表达情况,调查EC患者病理特征资料,分析ER、PR、P53表达与EC患者病理特征的关系。结果EC组ER、PR表达较对照组低,P53表达较对照组高(P<0.05);肿瘤分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移的EC患者ER、PR表达较肿瘤分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者低,P53表达较肿瘤分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者高(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析显示,ER、PR低表达是EC患者肿瘤高分期、淋巴结转移的保护因子(OR<1,P<0.05),P53高表达是EC患者肿瘤高分期、淋巴结转移的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论EC组织中ER、PR低表达,P53高表达,且ER、PR、P53表达与EC患者肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and tumor suppressor gene(P53)in endometrial carcinoma(EC)tissues and their relationship with pathological features.Methods Cancer tissue specimens(EC group)and paracancer tissue specimens(control group)of 50 EC patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected.The expressions of ER,PR and P53 in tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expressions of ER,PR and P53 were statistically compared between the two groups.The pathological characteristics of EC patients were investigated,and the relationship between the expressions of ER,PR and P53 and the pathological characteristics of EC patients was analyzed.Results The expression of ER and PR in EC group was lower than that in control group,P53 expression was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The expression of ER and PR in EC patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis,and the expression of P53 was higher than that in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that low expression of ER and PR was a protective factor for high tumor stage and lymph node metastasis in EC patients(OR<1,P<0.05),and high expression of P53 was a risk factor for high tumor stage and lymph node metastasis in EC patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ER and PR is low and P53 is high in EC tissues,and the expression of ER,PR and P53 is related to tumor stage and lymph node metastasis in EC patients.
