肠内营养联合连续血液净化对重症胰腺炎患者疗效及肾功能改善的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对于重症胰腺炎患者给予肠内营养联合连续血液净化(CBP)方案的应用价值。方法对于参与研究的80例患者进行分组(盲选方式)对比,一组实施连续血液净化为对照组,另一组联合肠内营养治疗为观察组,评估治疗后,患者恢复情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者肾功能指标水平下降更为显著,低于对照组,P<0.05;同时,观察组的炎症标志物水平低于对照组,并且患者的病情缓解时间比对照组更短,P<0.05。结论肠内营养有助于维持肠道屏障功能,减少感染风险,而CBP则有效清除炎症介质,减轻全身炎症反应。两者联合使用不仅能改善患者的整体状况,还能显著提升肾功能,减少急性肾损伤的发生率。Objective To evaluate the application value of enteral nutrition combined with continuous blood purification in patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients who participated in the study were divided into groups(blind selection).One group was treated with continuous blood purification as the control group,and the other group was treated with enteral nutrition as the observation group.The recovery of patients after treatment was evaluated.Results After treatment,the renal function in observation group decreased more significantly than that in control group,P<0.05;at the same time,the level of inflammatory markers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the remission time of patients was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Enteral nutrition can help maintain intestinal barrier function and reduce the risk of infection,while CBP can effectively clear inflammatory mediators and reduce systemic inflammatory response.Combined use of the two can not only improve the overall condition of patients,but also significantly improve kidney function and reduce the incidence of acute kidney injury.
