复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖在肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖在肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取本院2023年11月-2024年10月的100例肠镜检查患者,按照随机数表法进行分组:A组50例采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗,B组50例采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖治疗,对比两组的肠道准备情况(首次排便时间、排便次数)、肠道清洁度、肠道内泡沫情况、肠道息肉检出率。结果B组的首次排便时间短于A组,P<0.05;两组的排便次数相近,P>0.05。B组肠道清洁度的良好率高于A组,P<0.05。B组肠道内泡沫情况的优良率高于A组,P<0.05。B组的肠道息肉检出率高于A组,P<0.05。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖在肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果较好,可提高肠道清洁度,改善肠道内泡沫情况,提升肠道息肉检出率,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose in intestinal preparation for patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods 100 patients with enteroscopy in our hospital from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table:50 patients in group A were treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and 50 patients in group B were treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose.The intestinal preparation(first defecation time,defecation times),intestinal cleanliness,intestinal foam,and intestinal polyps detection rate of the two groups were compared.Results The first defecation time in group B was shorter than that in group A,P<0.05;the frequency of bowel movements in the two groups was similar,P>0.05.The good rate of intestinal cleanliness in group B is higher than that in group A,P<0.05.The excellent rate of intestinal foam in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.The detection rate of intestinal polyps in group B is higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose in the intestinal preparation of patients undergoing enteroscopy has a good effect,which can improve the intestinal cleanliness,improve the intestinal foam,and increase the detection rate of intestinal polyps.It is worth promoting.
