基于CBE理念的军士职业技术教育课程教学改革研究——以“网络配置与管理”课程为例

摘  要:军士是部队作战训练、教育管理及武器装备操作、维护和维修的重要骨干。结合“网络配置与管理”课程的特点,针对当前军事职业技术教育的学情,基于CBE理念合理构建课程教学内容,科学设计课堂教学。通过采用项目式教学、对分课堂、复盘教学法等教学手段,提升了课程教学质量和学生学习兴趣,显著增强了军士学员的岗位胜任力和持续发展的综合能力。Sergeant is an important backbone for military combat training,education management,and the operation,maintenance,and repair of weapons and equipment.Based on the characteristics of the“network configuration and management”course and the current learning situation of military vocational and technical education,the course teaching content is reasonably constructed based on the CBE concept,and classroom teaching is scientifically designed.By adopting teaching methods such as project-based teaching,divided classroom,and retrospective teaching,the quality of course teaching and students̓learning interest have been improved,significantly enhancing the job competence and comprehensive ability of continuous development of soldier students.
