摘 要:目的:分析比较八角枫支根、须根、主干、枝干和叶5个部位的化学成分组成、相对含量及差异。方法:采用GC—MS技术对八角枫不同部位中的挥发性成分进行分析,应用主成分分析(PCA)、聚类分析(HCA)等方法对其不同药用部位进行综合评价。结果:共鉴定出141种挥发性成分,其中支根、须根、主干、枝干、叶中分别鉴定出46、56、39、57、61种,包括羧酸类、醛类、烷烃类、醇类、酯类、酚类等;5个部位共有成分10种,不同部位均有独特的成分,分别为13、20、10、24、33种;主成分分析与聚类分析表明:须根与其他部位挥发性成分的差异较大,与枝干成分较为接近。结论:八角枫不同部位挥发性成分的种类和含量有一定的差异性,这为苗族地区重点使用须根作为药用部位提供了依据,同时为八角枫扩大药用部位、合理利用及深度开发奠定基础。Objective:To analyze and compare the chemical composition,relative contents and differences of 5 parts of Alangium chinense:branch roots,fibrous roots,trunk,branches and leaves.Methods:The volatile components in different parts of Alangium chinense were analyzed by GC-MS.Principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(HCA)were used to evaluate the different parts of Alangium chinense.Results:A total of 141 volatile components were identified,among which 46,56,39,57 and 61 volatile components were identified from branch roots,fibrous roots,trunk,branches and leaves,including carboxylic acids,aldehydes,alkanes,alcohols,esters and phenols.There were 10 kinds of components in 5 parts,and different parts had unique components,which were 13,20,10,24 and 33 kinds,respectively.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that the volatile components of fibrous roots were different from those of other parts,and similar to those of stems.Conclusion:There are some differences in the types and contents of volatile components in different parts of Alangium chinense,which provides a basis for the key use of fibrous roots as medicinal parts in Miao area,and lays a foundation for the expansion of medicinal parts,rational utilization and in-depth development of Alangium chinense.
