摘　　要：甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)是一种渐进性眼部疾病,其特征是免疫介导的眼外肌和眼眶结缔组织炎症。TAO症状体征复杂多样,具有多样性和隐匿性的特点,严重影响患者生活质量,其发病机制与甲状腺自身免疫关系密切。该文就TAO的发病机制、临床特征、疾病治疗方面对TAO作简要概述。Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) is a progressive eye disease characterized by immune-mediated inflammation of the extraocular muscles and orbital connective tissue.TAO tends to have complex and diverse symptoms and signs,with the features of diversity and concealment,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The pathogenesis of TAO is closely associated with thyroid autoimmunity.This article reviews the pathogenesis,clinical features,and treatment of TAO.
