摘 要:老龄教育能够满足老年人受教育的需求,又能够创造消费需求,带动银发经济发展。而发展银发经济能够提供更多的产品和服务,从而满足老龄教育多层次、多样化、多元化的需要。从银发经济视角观察老龄教育,尚需厘清老龄教育的功能定位和内在属性,转变老龄教育的发展范式和政策支持机制。当前,宜通过政策赋能,建立健全新时代老龄教育制度保障体系;通过需求牵引,推动需求与供给在更高层次的动态均衡;通过产业联动,培育老龄教育与银发经济“螺旋上升”的共衍生态;通过生态营造,构建人人平等、人人共享的全龄友好型社会。Senior education can both meet and create demand,thereby driving the development of the silver economy,while the development of the silver economy may provide a greater variety of products and services to fulfill the multi-level,diverse,and pluralistic needs of senior education.Observing senior education through the lens of the silver economy requires clarifying its functional positioning and intrinsic attributes,while transforming its development paradigm and policy support mechanisms.At present,it is imperative to establish a robust institutional guarantees system for senior education in the new era through policy empowerment;to promote dynamic equilibrium between demand and supply at higher levels through demand traction;to cultivate a co-evolutionary ecosystem of“spiral escalation”between senior education and the silver economy via industrial synergy;to build an age-friendly society characterized by equality and shared benefits for all generations through ecological cultivation.
