摘　　要：安宁疗护对老年生命末期患者及主要照顾者具有重要意义,但目前在该领域的心理治疗与辅助治疗方面缺乏共识。为此,通过系统性回顾循证医学证据,采用改良德尔菲法,制定了本共识。共识涵盖了针对老年生命末期患者和主要照顾者的生命教育、意义中心疗法、尊严疗法、家庭哀伤辅导、接纳承诺疗法、芳香疗法等心理治疗和辅助治疗,旨在为安宁疗护领域的从业人员、临床医护人员、精神科医生、心理学专家、社会工作者等提供科学和规范的指导,以提升老年安宁疗护患者及主要照顾者的生活质量与心理健康。Hospice care plays a vital role in supporting elderly end-of-life patients and their primary caregivers,but there is a lack of consensus on psychotherapies and adjuvant therapies in this field.Therefore,the Consensus Working Group formulated the expert consensus on psychotherapies and adjuvant therapies for elderly patients in hospice care and their primary caregivers by systematically reviewing evidence-based medical evidence and using the modified Delphi method.The consensus covers psychosocial interventions such as life education,meaning-centered therapy,dignity therapy,family-focused grief therapy,acceptance-commitment therapy,aromatic care and other psychotherapies and adjuvant therapies for terminally-ill patients and their families,aiming to provide scientific and standardized guidance for hospice medical professionals,clinical healthcare providers,psychiatrists,psychologists and social workers to improve the quality of life and mental well-being in elderly patients in hospice care and their primary caregivers.
