摘　　要：目的:探讨循经推拿联合矫正手法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能及肢体痉挛状态的影响。方法:选取2022年3月-2023年7月收治的80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行循经推拿联合矫正手法。对比两组临床疗效、肢体痉挛情况、运动功能及复发率。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分、改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组粗大运动功能(GMFM88项)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,两组均未复发。结论:循经推拿联合矫正手法可提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效,缓解肢体痉挛状态,提高运动功能,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of meridian massage combined with corrective techniques on motor function and limb spasticity in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:All 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to hospital from March 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training treatment,while the observation group received meridian massage combined with corrective techniques on this basis.The clinical efficacy,limb spasm,motor function and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the clinical spasticity index(CSI)score and the modified ashworth spasticity scale(MAS)score decreased in both groups,while the observation group had a lower score(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,both groups showed an increase in gross motor function(GMFM88)scores,while the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of meridian massage and corrective techniques can improve the therapeutic effect of spastic cerebral palsy in children,alleviate their limb spasms,and improve their motor function.
