摘　　要：开发利用好塘田战时讲学院的红色文化资源对于以文塑旅、传承抗战精神、赓续红色血脉具有重要意义。目前,塘田战时讲学院景区存在经费投资不足、配套设施落后、开发方式单一、资源整合不畅、核心价值挖掘不够、育人功能受限、人才储备不足、服务层面较低等诸多不可忽视的问题,对此,必须加大政府投资力度,拓宽资源开发渠道,建立整合平台,实现文化传播与发展的多方位融合,深入挖掘红色文化资源的核心价值,大力培养人才、鼓励创新等,以确保红色文化资源的充分利用。Developing and utilizing the red resources of the Tangtian Wartime Academy is of great significance for shaping tourism with culture,inheriting the spirit of resisting aggression,and carrying forward revolutionary traditions and heritage.However,this red scenic area currently faces numerous challenges,including insufficient financial investment,outdated infrastructure,limited diversity in development methods,poor resource integration,inadequate exploration of core values,restricted educational functions,a lack of skilled personnel,and subpar service quality.In order to address these issues,it is essential to increase government investment and broaden resource development channels with integration platforms that foster multi-dimensional cultural communication and development.Furthermore,prioritizing an in-depth exploration of the core value of red resources,the cultivation of talent,and the encouragement of innovation is essential for maximizing the potential of these resources.
