数字技术赋能乡村精神生活富裕的路径探究

摘　　要：随着数字乡村战略的提出,数字技术赋能乡村居民精神生活富裕成为时代课题。基于乡村精神生活现状发现其在数字技术的接入、使用和掌握上存在困境。依据信息传播理论分析数字技术在信息的“汇聚”“筛选”和“传播”方面具有明显优势,而乡村在政策、设施、人口、资源等四方面也具备运用数字技术的条件。数字技术赋能乡村精神文明建设符合时代趋势,具有历史必然性,提出运用大数据技术、移动互联网技术、人工智能大模型等三条技术路径的应用可行性,充分发挥数字技术对乡村精神生活富裕的赋能作用。最后,运用数字技术应坚持严把意识形态安全关、规避伦理风险、提高使用者数字素养等几项基本原则。With the proposal of the digital countryside strategy,digital technology empowering rural residents to achieve spiritual prosperity has become a contemporary issue.Based on the current situation of spiritual life in rural areas,it is found that there are dilemmas in accessing,using and mastering digital technology.According to the theory of information dissemination,digital technology has obvious advantages in the“convergence”,“screening”and“dissemination”of information,and rural areas also have the conditions to utilize digital technology in terms of policy,facilities,population and resources.Enabling rural spiritual civilization construction with digital technology is in line with the trend of the times and has historical inevitability.We propose the feasibility of applying three technical paths,including big data technology,mobile Internet technology,and artificial intelligence models,to fully leverage the role of digital technology in empowering the rural spiritual prosperity.Finally,the use of digital technology should adhere to several basic principles,such as strict ideological security,avoiding ethical risks,and improving the digital literacy of users.
