摘　　要：要实现人人充分享有人权的目标,既需要及时总结现有实践中的成效经验,也需要回顾历史,从优秀传统文化中汲取思想力量和理论滋养。中国古代典籍中包含着丰富的人权思想资源。作为《论语》中的核心概念,“仁道”内蕴着人人皆可自我造就成为“仁者”和人人均能“弘道”以改造世界的道德理想,彰显了人之为人的普遍价值,为人权普遍性原理奠定了道德基础。人能运用道德自主性实现其尊严和自我价值,契合了人性尊严作为人权的正当性基础的逻辑理据。每个人与生俱来的道德资质生而平等,这是践行“仁道”的关键所在。为新时代更好推动我国人权事业全面发展,可对“仁道”进行创造性转化,使之成为尊重、发展和保障人权的动力机制,从而为全球人权治理提供中国方案、贡献中国智慧。To achieve the goal of fully enjoying human rights for all,it is necessary to timely summarize the effective experiences in existing practices,as well as to review history and draw ideological strength and theoretical nourishment from excellent traditional culture.The ancient Chinese classics contain rich resources of human rights ideology.As a core concept in The Analects of Confuius,“Rendao” embodies the moral ideal that everyone can self cultivate to become a “benevolent person”,meanwhile,everyone can promote the Dao to transform the world.It highlights the universal value of human beings and provides a moral foundation for the principle of universality of human rights.The ability of individuals to exercise moral autonomy to achieve their dignity and self-worth aligns with the logical basis of human dignity as the legitimacy of human rights.Everyone's innate moral qualifications are created equal,which is the key to practicing “Rendao”.In the new era,to better promote the comprehensive development of China's human rights cause,we can creatively transform “Rendao” into a dynamic mechanism for human rights respecting,developing and safeguarding,so as to provide Chinese solutions and contribute Chinese wisdom to global human rights governance.
