中医学“火”之源流与浅析

摘　　要：中医理论的形成和发展伴随历代医家对“火”的涵义的认识逐渐创立并丰富起来,因此学好中医,对“火”的源流进行透彻理解显得至关重要。本文通过历代医家及经典著作对“火”的认识进行浅析,理清“火”的内涵以及在中医学基础理论的重要地位,认清“火”对人体的重要性,尤其在治疗慢性非传染性疾病的过程中,注重对“火”原因的分析,治病求本,能显著提高临床疗效。The formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory have been accompanied by the gradual establishment and enrichment of the understanding of the meaning of “fire” by medical practitioners throughout history. Therefore,it is crucial to learn traditional Chinese medicine well and have a thorough understanding of the origin and development of fire. This review analyzes the understanding of “fire” by medical experts and classic works throughout history,clarifies the connotation of “fire” and its important position in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,recognizes the importance of “fire” to the human body,especially in the process of treating chronic non communicable diseases,emphasizes the analysis of the causes of “fire”,seeks treatment for the root cause,and can significantly improve clinical efficacy.
