基于王旭高《西溪书屋夜话录》谈消渴病从肝气、肝火、肝风论治

摘　　要：清代医家王旭高所著的《西溪书屋夜话录》,是迄今为止全面论述肝病证治的唯一专著。王氏在其中总结出著名的“治肝三十法”,将肝病证治分为肝气证治、肝风证治、肝火证治以及肝寒肝虚证治,集古今治肝之大成。而其中诸多治法可被借鉴于消渴病的辨证论治之中。目前消渴病的辨证论治仍多以“三消”证治为基础,从肺、脾胃及肾论治,从肝论治消渴病的论著相对较少。而其实肝与消渴病也有极其密切的联系。本文结合王旭高治肝三十法分析从肝论治糖尿病,旨在开拓临床诊疗思路,以期能更好地遣方用药,提高中医药在消渴病中的诊疗效果。The Xixi Shuwu Nightly Discourse Records,written by Wang Xugao,a medical doctor in the Qing Dynasty,is the only monograph that comprehensively discusses the treatment of liver disease so far. Wang summarised the famous “Thirty Methods of Treating the Liver”,which divided the treatment of liver disease into liver qi,liver wind,liver fire and liver cold and liver deficiency,which is the most comprehensive treatment of liver disease in the past and present. Many of these treatments can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and thirst. At present,the diagnosis and treatment of the disease of thirst is still mostly based on the “three cancers” diagnosis and treatment from the lungs,spleen,stomach and kidneys,and the treatments of the disease of thirst from the liver are relatively few. In fact,there is a close relationship between the liver and the disease of thirst. This review analyses the treatment of diabetes mellitus from the liver theory by combining Wang Xugao's thirty methods of treating the liver with the aim of developing clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas,in order to better prescribe and use medicines,and to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine in thirst-quenching disease.
