摘 要:制备了炭气凝胶(CAs)纳米基质材料并在其上负载纳米铂(Pt),得到炭气凝胶@铂纳米复合材料(CAs@Pt)。采用玻碳电极(GCE)为工作电极,CAs@Pt为修饰材料构建CAs@Pt/GCE传感器,对α-生育酚进行定量分析。确定了传感器的最佳工作条件,研究了电极表面的动力学反应以及稳定性。结果显示,α-生育酚浓度与峰电流分别在0.1~10μmol/L和10~600μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程分别为y=0.1847x+0.4017,R2=0.9971和y=0.0760x+2.4500,R2=0.9986,检出限为0.0642μmol/L。检测油脂中α-生育酚含量为6.2237μmol/L,与高效液相色谱法结果一致。连续扫描10次后峰电流相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%。CAs@Pt/GCE传感器可用于油脂中α-生育酚的快速定量分析。Carbon aerogels(CAs)nano matrix materials were prepared,and a new type of CAs@Pt nanocomposite was synthesized by loading platinum nanoparticles on CAs.Then CAs@Pt was modified on glass carbon electrode(GCE),and the CAs@Pt/GCE sensor was manufactured for detection ofα-tocopherol.The working conditions of the sensor were optimized and the kinetic reaction and stability of the electrode were studied.The results showed that,there were linear relationships between peak current andα-tocopherol concentration in the ranges of 0.1-10μmol/L and 10-600μmol/L,respectively.The linear equations were y=0.1847x+0.4017,R2=0.9971 and y=0.0760x+2.4500,R2=0.9986,respectively,and the detection limit was 0.0642μmol/L.The detection result ofα-tocopherol in oil was 6.2237μmol/L,which was consistent with the results obtained by high performance liquid chromatography.The relative standard deviation of peak current after 10 consecutive scans was 0.4%.CAs@Pt/GCE sensor can be used for fast detection ofα-tocopherol in grease.
