新质生产力赋能智慧武术数字平台的逻辑进路与实现路径

摘　　要：在数字革命背景下,智慧武术数字平台不仅是文化传承的需要,也是传统武术现代化转型的必然要求。新质生产力以技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置和产业深度转型升级为特征,有力地推动了传统行业经济高质量发展,为传统武术的现代转型带来了新的机遇。本文通过深入分析武术赛事、俱乐部、参与人群对智慧武术数字平台的需求,有针对性地提出新技术融入和应用、数据驱动优化资源配置、生态构建促进产业融合等举措,以此形成新质生产力赋能智慧武术数字平台高科技、高效能、高质量发展的逻辑进路。同时,从制度、人才、要素、科技文化4个维度,提出新质生产力赋能智慧武术数字平台的具体实现路径。Amid the digital revolution,smart wushu digital platforms serve as both a necessity for cultural preservation and an imperative for the modernization of traditional wushu.The new quality productive forces,characterized by revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading,have vigorously propelled high-quality development in traditional industries,thereby creating unprecedented opportunities for the modernization of traditional wushu.Through in-depth analysis of the demands of wushu events,clubs,and participants for smart wushu digital platforms,this study proposes targeted initiatives,including the integration and application of new technologies,data-driven optimization of resource allocation,and ecosystem development to foster industrial convergence.These efforts collectively establish logical pathways for smart wushu digital platforms to achieve high-tech advancement,high efficiency,and high-quality development,empowered by new quality productive forces.Furthermore,specific implementation strategies are outlined across four dimensions:institutional frameworks,talent cultivation,factor optimization,and technology-culture integration.
