摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、案例分析法和文本分析法,探讨人工智能(AI)技术对高校青年体育教师教学能力提升的价值意蕴与现实挑战,并提出实践路径。研究认为:价值意蕴主要涵盖以下方面:智能技术重塑教学能力谱系,为高校青年体育教师专业发展开拓新维度;AI有力推动教学创新,成为青年体育教师专业发展的新动力;助力增强高校青年体育教师的数字化能力,积极顺应体育教育数字化转型的时代要求。现实挑战具体表现为:高校青年体育教师的教学观念与AI技术存在冲突;高校青年体育教师的数字素养短板对AI与教学的融合形成阻碍;高校体育教师法律伦理意识淡薄,致使学生数据隐私面临风险;高校青年体育教师过度依赖AI,从而忽视自身专业判断。据此,提出以下对策:更新教学观念,推动传统教学与AI技术有机融合;提升数字素养,强化高校青年体育教师的技术应用能力;增强法律与伦理意识,切实保障学生数据隐私安全;平衡技术运用与专业判断,注重将AI技术与自身经验相结合。This study employs literature research method,logical reasoning,case studies,and textual evaluation to investigate how artificial intelligence(AI)technology can enhance teaching capabilities among early-career university physical education instructors.The study identifies three key value implications:AI technology reshapes the spectrum of teaching capabilities,opening new dimensions for the professional development of these PE instructors;AI powerfully drives teaching innovation,serving as a new catalyst for their professional growth;and it enhances their digital competencies to align with the demands of the digital transformation in physical education.Challenges include conflicts between traditional teaching philosophies and AI technology,gaps in digital literacy hindering AI-pedagogy integration,weak legal and ethical awareness risking student data privacy,and excessive reliance on AI overshadowing professional judgment.Proposed solutions involve updating teaching philosophies to harmonize traditional methods with AI,improving digital literacy to strengthen technical proficiency,strengthening legal and ethical awareness to safeguard data privacy,and balancing AI adoption with professional expertise by integrating technology with experiential knowledge.
