摘　　要：随着医学教育的变革,小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)这种新兴教学模式在医学领域逐渐兴起。放射科因其学科特性,需充分掌握专业技能,方可获得更为精准的检查结果,以辅助临床各类疾病的诊疗,故对住院医师规范化培训的教学质量要求颇高。SPOC教学具有小规模、限制性及在线教学等特点,带教老师能精准关注学生个体,限制性保证学生基础和能力相近,在线教学则提供丰富且灵活的学习资源。近年来,SPOC在医学领域的多学科教学中广泛应用,并取得一定的成效,本文综述了其在放射科住培生临床教学中的应用进展。With the change of medical education,small private online course(SPOC),an emerging teaching mode,is gradually emerging in the medical fifield.Due to the characteristics of radiology,it is necessary to fully master the professional skills in order to obtain more accurate examination results to assist the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases in the clinic,so the quality of teaching for standardized residency training is required to be quite high.SPOC teaching has the characteristics of small scale,restriction,and on-line teaching,which enables the instructors to pay attention to the individual students accurately,and the restriction ensures that the students'basics and abilities are similar,while the on-line teaching provides rich and flflexible learning resources.In recent years,SPOC has been widely used in multidisciplinary teaching in the fifield of medicine,and has achieved certain results.This article reviews its specifific application in the clinical teaching of resident trainees in the department of radiology.
