摘　　要：目的:评估超声检查作为辅助教学工具在提升学生学习直肠指诊技能,尤其是诊断肛瘘能力方面的有效性。方法:随机选取2023年7月—2024年6月于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院肛肠中心进行住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的学员40名,随机分为两组,各20名。对照组仅接受传统直肠指诊训练,观察组在此基础上增加超声检查培训。比较两组培训后完成的理论成绩、技能实践考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度。结果:观察组理论考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学员在直肠指诊肛瘘内口深度、内口位置、瘘管数量及瘘管走行中诊断符合率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对教学效果的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结合超声检查的教学方法能显著提高学生的直肠指诊技能和肛瘘的诊断准确率,且能提高学生学习直肠指诊的接受度和对理论知识的掌握度,为临床提供了一种有效的教学模式。Objective To evaluate the effffectiveness of using ultrasound as an adjunct teaching tool in enhancing students'skills in digital rectal examination,particularly in improving their ability to diagnose anal fifistulas.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted at the Anorectal Center of the First Affiffiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to June 2024,involving 40 trainees.They were divided into two groups:the control group received only traditional digital rectal examination training,while the observation group received additional ultrasound examination training.After the training,theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and satisfaction with teaching effffectiveness were assessed.Results The theoretical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).For the practical operation scores,the diagnostic accuracy rates in the depth of the internal opening of anal fifistula,the location of the internal opening,the number of fifistulas,and the course of fifistulas during digital rectal examination of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group regarding the teaching effffect was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching method combined with ultrasound examination can improve students'digital rectal examination skills and the accuracy of diagnosing anal fistulas,and can also enhance students'acceptance of learning digital rectal examination and their mastery of theoretical knowledge.
