摘　　要：2025年是国企改革深化提升行动决战决胜的收官之年。《政府工作报告》明确提出“高质量完成国有企业改革深化提升行动”。在全国两会后即时召开的国企改革深化提升行动2025年第一次专题推进会上,国务院国资委围绕“筑牢高质量完成的底座”“提升高质量完成的底色”特别强调要对重点难点任务和环节再排查、再攻坚,补短板强弱项;对有潜力有空间的改革任务和成果再深化、再加力,锻长板扬优势。基于此,结合两会期间国资国企界代表委员关注的热点、焦点,《国企管理》特别推出《高质量的稳增长——2025年国企改革方略》。2025 is the final year for a decisive victory in the battle of implementing the initiative to deepen and upgrade SOE reform.The Report on the Work of the Government put forward that“We will complete initiatives to deepen and upgrade SOE reform to high standards”.In the context of hotspot issues during the“Two Sessions”amongst NPC deputies and CPPCC members from the SOE community,China SOE Management would like to introduce this special report:Stabilizing growth to high standards-the 2025 SOE reform strategy.
