摘  要:随着信息技术的发展,虚拟仿真技术在教育领域得到了广泛应用。虚拟仿真技术在高职护理教育中的应用正日益成为推动教育现代化的重要力量。该技术不仅能够高度模拟真实的临床环境,为护理专业学生搭建起无风险的实践训练平台,还极大地提升了他们的临床操作技能与应变能力。然而,当前护理职业教育领域内,虚拟仿真技术的应用尚面临资源分配不均、软件功能相对单一、教学模式尚待成熟等挑战。鉴于此,作为教师,我们亟需采取行动,通过不断丰富虚拟仿真实训资源库、创新研发功能全面且贴近临床的软件系统,并积极探索融合线上线下的多元化教学模式,以此来有效提升护理人才培养的质量与效率,进而为护理职业教育的蓬勃发展注入强劲动力。With the development of information technology,virtual simulation technology has been widely applied in the field of education.The application of virtual simulation technology in higher vocational nursing education is increasingly becoming an important force in driving the modernization of education.This technology can highly simulate real clinical environments,establish a risk-free practical training platform for nursing students,and greatly enhance their clinical operation skills and adaptability.However,in the current field of nursing vocational education,the application of virtual simulation technology faces challenges such as uneven resource allocation,relatively limited software functionality,and an immature teaching model.In view of this,as teachers,we urgently need to take action by continuously enriching the resource library of virtual simulation training,innovatively developing comprehensive and clinically-oriented software systems,and actively exploring diversified teaching models that integrate online and offline elements.Through these efforts,we can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of nursing talent cultivation,thereby injecting robust momentum into the vigorous development of nursing vocational education.
