摘　　要：卓越医学人才培养需要以“胜任力”为导向的医学教育改革。《医学免疫学》是一门重要的基础医学课程,其理论和技术已被广泛应用于预防医学、临床医学。教学团队梳理整合教学内容,构建“免疫学技术及应用”教学单元,开展覆盖预防、诊断、治疗全过程的CBL教学改革,拓展临床应用,取得了较好的教学效果。The cultivation of excellent medical talents needs the reform of medical education oriented by"competency".Medical immunology is an important basic medical course.Its theory and technology have been widely used in preventive medicine and clinical medicine.The teaching team combed and integrated the teaching content,constructed the teaching unit of"immunology technology and application",carried out the CBL teaching reform covering the whole process of prevention,diagnosis and treatment,expanded the clinical application,and achieved good teaching results.
