摘 要:基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)教学理念,探索临床医学本科定向培养《社区预防》课程的教学模式。方法在《社区预防》课程实施过程中,以成都中医药大学2020级临床医学专业定向培养本科生为试验组,采用OBE教学模式,与采用传统教学模式授课的2020级临床医学专业普通本科(对照组1)以及2019级定向学生(对照组2)进行比对,通过理论考试、课程评价比较两组的学习效果,比较两种教学模式下学生学习效果。结果试验组理论考核的期末考试成绩、课程综合成绩均低于对照组1(P<0.05);期末考试成绩、课程综合成绩均高于对照组2(P<0.05)。课程评价结果显示试验组在社区预防知识掌握、自主学习能力、全科诊疗思维、创新思维能力、政策理论能力方面的得分均高于对照组2(P<0.05)。结论OBE教学模式有助于提高社区预防课程的学习效果,为学生更好地掌握社区医疗常用知识,具备基层医疗服务能力提供一定依据。Objective Based on the teaching philosophy of outcome based education(OBE),explore the teaching mode of the course“Community Prevention”for undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.Methods During the implementation of the“Community Prevention”course,a targeted undergraduate program in clinical medicine at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020 was selected as the experimental group.The OBE teaching model was used to compare the learning outcomes of the two groups with the 2020 regular undergraduate program in clinical medicine taught using traditional teaching methods(control group 1)and the 2019 targeted students(control group 2).Theoretical exams and course evaluations were used to compare the learning outcomes of the two groups,Compare the learning outcomes of students under two teaching modes.Result The final exam scores and comprehensive course scores of the experimental group's theoretical assessment were lower than those of the control group 1 (P<0.05);The final exam scores and comprehensive course scores were higher than those of control group 2 (P<0.05). The course evaluation results showed that the experimental group scored higher than the control group in terms of community prevention knowledge mastery, self-learning ability, general practice diagnosis and treatment thinking, innovative thinking ability, and policy theory ability (P<0.05). Conclusion The OBE teaching model helps to improve the learning effectiveness of community prevention courses, provide scientific basis for students to better grasp common knowledge of community medical care, and have the ability to provide grassroots medical services.
