摘　　要：在全面振兴本科教育,建设国家一流本科专业大背景下,本文阐述了以临床分子诊断能力培养为导向,建设分子生物学检验临床思维案例库的必要性,分享了案例库建设思路、教学实施过程及其评价与反思,具有一定的借鉴意义。Under the background of revitalizing undergraduate education in an all-round way and building a first-class undergraduate major in China.This paper expounds the necessity of building a case library of clinical thinking of molecular biology examination guided by the training of clinical molecular diagnostic ability,and shares the construction ideas,teaching implementation process,evaluation and reflection of the case library,which has certain reference significance.
