摘　　要：数字化和信息化的发展推动图书馆向智慧化、个性化、多样化服务转变。在这一过程中,图书馆员面临数字治理理念滞后、数据整合困难和数字素养不足等挑战。文章探讨了在新质生产力背景下图书馆员角色转型的驱动力和角色重塑、为胜任馆员角色应具备的创新技能及其实现路径,旨在为图书馆员的角色转型和技能创新提供参考,助力图书馆实现“善治”目标和可持续发展。The development of digitization and informatization promotes the transformation of libraries towards intelligent,personalized,and diversified services.In this process,librarians face challenges such as lagging digital governance concepts,difficulties in data integration,and insufficient digital literacy.The article explores the driving forces and role reshaping of the role transformation of librarians in the context of new quality productivity,as well as the innovative skills required to fulfill this role.Finally,it points out the implementation path of the librarian role to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the role transformation and skill innovation of librarians,helping libraries achieve the goal of“good governance”and sustainable development.
