技术接受模型视角下大学生数字素养提升行为及意愿研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献调研和实践分析法,梳理现有数字素养相关研究,界定数字素养、大学生数字素养及其数字素养提升行为意愿等基础概念。从大学生群体出发,基于TAM构建研究模型,引入数字学习与发展、技术支持数字行为、开发关键数字能力3个外部变量设计问卷,展开大学生数字素养提升行为意愿实证研究。利用SPSS软件进行数据分析,使用AMOS软件进行模型拟合度分析与适配度检验。在此基础上,从数字学习、技术支持、数字能力、感知有用性与感知易用性等方面分析对行为意愿的影响,进而提出如何提升大学生数字素养的路径措施。Based on literature research and practical analysis,this paper expounds the existing research on digital literacy and the connotation of digital literacy,defines the concept of college students'digital literacy and the willingness to improve digital literacy.Starting from the group of college students,this paper constructs a research model based on TAM,introduces three external variables of digital learning and development,technical support for digital behavior,and development of key digital capabilities to design a questionnaire,and conducts an empirical study on the willingness of college students to improve their digital literacy.SPSS software is used for data analysis,and AMOS software is used for model fitting analysis and fitness test.On this basis,the influence of digital learning,technical support,digital ability,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention is analyzed,and then the path measures to improve college students'digital literacy are put forward.
